ATTA Elevators, a full-service elevator and escalator company headquartered in Ontario, Canada, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Metro Elevator, a full-service elevator service company, focused on maintenance, modernization, and new construction installations, based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Under the agreement, Metro Elevator will become a subsidiary of ATTA Elevators and will service all customers under the ATTA brand. Preet Binning, Founder & President of Metro Elevator, will continue to lead the day-to-day operations and growth strategy of Metro Elevator. Roy Lanctot, VP, Operations, will continue his role managing day-to-day operations.
The strategic rationale of Metro Elevator joining ATTA Elevators will focus on:
