Gavin is a respected leader with over 30 years of experience in the elevator industry. Leaning heavily into his technical background, he has applied similar troubleshooting methods to his management style, focusing on identifying and solving problems in a methodical and planned manner.  Originally from Halifax and currently residing in Calgary, Gavin believes in creating diverse teams and leveraging his Atlantic Canadian hospitality and his Albertan tenacity to get the results his customers and colleagues have come to expect.  “Our goal is to provide the most satisfying customer experience in Canada. Forget average, be legendary.”

Kevin Beerli

Kevin is an EDM-A certified technician with 15 years of extensive experience in the elevator service industry. He has worked in all aspects of the field, specializing in new installations and service. His commitment to quality workmanship and client satisfaction drives his dedication to ensuring safe and efficient elevator operations.

With almost 25 years of experience in the elevator industry, Preet has consistently ensured the safe and reliable use of elevators in various roles. Throughout his career, he has built strong customer relationships through effective communication and meticulous elevator maintenance. As a Certified Journeyman Electrician and Elevator Mechanic, Preet is fully committed to delivering customer satisfaction and maintaining the safety and reliability of elevators.

Brian Bosence

Regional Vice President, Victoria

Brian started his career in the elevator industry in 2002 in his hometown of Victoria, BC. He developed a passion for the business early on and transitioned through various roles, including field work in new installations, sales, project management, purchasing, and sales management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous new construction, service, modernization, and maintenance projects, maintaining clear lines of communication with customers and staff. His broad industry knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction have established him as an industry leader and a true elevator professional. 

Nicole Bruce

Regional Vice President, Atlantic

After spending over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Nicole has learned the true meaning of exceptional customer service, strong leadership, communication, and building cohesive teams. These skills became the foundation of her approach to every challenge and shaped her career into the elevator industry.

For the past 8 years in the elevator industry, Nicole has focused on bringing transparency, urgency, and problem-solving to every interaction. Her goal is to revolutionize the way clients are served by delivering customized, top-notch solutions that go beyond expectations. Nicole is passionate about creating an atmosphere where customers feel valued and teams thrive—because great service starts with great people.

Stephane Chenouda

Vice President of Operations, Quebec, ATTA Elevators

Stephane is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in the elevator industry. Certified as a CEIP-trained elevator mechanic with both a CCQ certificate and a TSSA EDM-A license, he has excelled in various roles, from elevator mechanic to his current role as VP of Operations, Quebec. Given his extensive experience, expertise and passion for elevators, Stephane is highly adept at providing efficient and cost effective solutions to ATTA’s customers and his team.

Jason Di Federico

Regional Vice President, Southwest Ontario

With an impressive 25‑year tenure in the elevator industry, Jason brings a deep well of technical expertise and leadership to his role as Regional Vice President, Southwest Ontario. He began his career as a lead EDM‑A mechanic and adjuster, developing a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of elevator maintenance, repair, and system adjustment across a wide range of applications.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Jason leveraged his hands‑on technical knowledge to found his own elevator company. Under his leadership, the company quickly earned a strong reputation for high‑quality workmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. This success ultimately led to the acquisition of his company by ATTA Elevators in 2021.

Since joining ATTA Elevators, Jason has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence. He continues to draw on his industry experience to strengthen field operations and uphold ATTA’s commitment to service quality. Jason’s career reflects a blend of technical expertise, business leadership, and dedication to advancing the elevator industry.

Vincent Levenec

Regional Vice President, Winnipeg

Vince Levenec has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of the elevator industry. His extensive experience leading high-performing teams enables him to prioritize the client experience by putting people first. With a background in various positions, including construction, modernization, and service, as well as being a QEI-certified inspector for the province of Manitoba, he consistently exceeds expectations to ensure that all projects are effective, efficient, and prioritize safety for everyone involved. 

David Nevin

Vice President, Field Operations GTA & Western Ontario, ATTA Elevators

David is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience as an elevator field engineer and is a key driver of ATTA’s pursuit of operational excellence. Because of his diverse skill set, industry expertise, and deep technical knowledge, David has been invited to participate in some of the tallest building projects with the fastest elevators in Canada. David’s academic background includes Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. David’s dedication to excellence, coupled with his industrious attitude and meticulous attention to detail, has contributed immensely to ATTA’s commitment to customer satisfaction and the ongoing success of the company and its clients.

Troy Prusky

Regional Vice President, Alberta

Troy has spent more than 13 years in the elevator industry and developed a genuine passion for the work early in his career. As he moved into management roles, he gained a deeper understanding of just how essential elevators, and the companies behind them, are to people’s day‑to‑day lives. That perspective has shaped his approach to leadership, with a strong focus on customer experience through open communication, dependable service, and accountability from within the organization.

As the Vice President of US Operations for ATTA Elevators, Geoff oversees business operations, recruitment, and the company’s expansion efforts across the United States. With over 26 years of experience in the elevator industry, Paquette brings extensive expertise in field operations, sales, strategy, and recruitment. His in-depth industry knowledge and dedication to ATTA’s employee-driven culture position him as a pivotal leader in driving the company’s success and growth.

Eduardo Alorda

Regional Vice President, Fort Lauderdale FL, USA

Eddie Alorda is an accomplished elevator industry professional with 15 years of experience. Beginning as a service and repair sales representative in Miami, he quickly built a reputation for strong client relationships and consistent results. Promoted to service and repair sales manager in Philadelphia, Eddie refined his leadership and management skills.

Returning to South Florida, Eddie excelled as branch manager in West Palm Beach, ultimately becoming district general manager overseeing operations in West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. In 2025, he joined ATTA Elevators as Regional Vice President, leading the Florida market with strategic vision and a talent for building high-performing teams.

Eddie holds a degree in international relations with a minor in marketing from Florida International University. He has completed leadership and communication courses through Dale Carnegie and holds an OSHA 30 certification, demonstrating his commitment to safety and professional growth.

Derek Law

Regional Vice President, Fort Lauderdale FL, USA

Derek Law brings over 20 years of experience in the elevator industry, including 17 years as a modernization adjuster managing major projects across San Diego. His hands-on technical expertise and leadership have been instrumental in completing numerous high-profile modernizations, earning him a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and delivering results under pressure.

In the past three years, Derek transitioned into operations, spending two years managing service and repair operations and one year overseeing modernization operations. His unique ability to combine field expertise with strategic operational management has made him a vital asset in ensuring projects align with client expectations, safety protocols, and timelines.

Derek holds a Florida Certified Contractor (CC) license, an OSHA 30 certification, and has completed Dale Carnegie training, equipping him with both the technical and leadership skills necessary to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver exceptional performance in complex environments.

Jon Anderson

With over 15 years of experience in the elevator industry, Jon has established a strong reputation for excellence in the service and repair of elevator systems. He is proficient in managing complex projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering solutions that prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Throughout his career, Jon has worked with a wide range of elevator systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and incorporating the latest technologies to enhance performance. For the past decade, Brian has served as a Modernization Operations Manager in the Austin area. R. Scott Richards

With more than two decades of experience in the elevator industry, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-first mindset to every project. His career began with Amtech Elevator in Southern California, where he developed extensive expertise across Account Management, Sales, Learning & Development, and Repair—supporting customers and colleagues from project initiation through completion.

Scott’s career has taken him through major markets such as Los Angeles, San Diego, and Hawaii. In 2017, he and his family settled in Phoenix, a place he is proud to call home.

Blake Timmons

He has successfully led repair and modernization divisions for an OEM, where he prioritized safety, enhanced operational efficiency, and consistently elevated customer satisfaction. Blake’s professional journey began in heavy industry, having spent five years in the oil fields and two years as a crane operator, which provided him with a robust foundation in demanding work environments. As a licensed elevator mechanic and QEI inspector, he is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on every project. A native of central and south Texas, Blake is dedicated to delivering dependable service and fostering long-term value for clients and the communities he supports.

Mark Uy

Regional Vice President, Chicago, IL, USA

With more than a decade of leadership experience in operations, sales, and client relations, Mark has built a reputation for strengthening partnerships, improving responsiveness, and ensuring safe and reliable elevator performance.

Prior to joining ATTA Elevators, Mark held a senior leadership role, where he oversaw three offices in Chicago and Central Illinois. In this role, Mark served thousands of customers, consistently improving performance while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality. He understands that every customer relationship is built on trust and has dedicated his career to creating solutions that meet both immediate needs and long‑term goals.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in economic development from the Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology. He is an active community volunteer, supporting local outreach initiatives throughout the Chicagoland area. His customer‑first mindset, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence will guide ATTA Elevators in providing dependable service and innovative solutions to businesses and property owners across the Chicago region.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys staying active and values time spent with family. As a proud first‑generation U.S. citizen with family roots in the Philippines, he is guided by a strong sense of community and a commitment to maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Joseph started his career working as an auditor at Deloitte LLP before joining their Financial Advisory team specializing in valuation and financial modelling. Joseph holds CPA, CA and CBV designations and believes continual learning is the key to success.
